Clear Up & Pack Down

You’re so excited, your Wedding Day is fast approaching.

 

Everything’s in check, you’re feeling good, the boxes are filled and ready with props for the Venue set up & suddenly, it dawns on you.

You start stressing. You wake up the morning after, having had the best day/evening ever. You are feeling wonderful, you are ‘Mr & Mrs Newlyweds’

Warm flutters of love fill your hearts...

 

The last thing you want to be doing is bursting your bubble to start dismantling & taking down the décor & repacking the boxes, full of the carefully made keepsakes & props, ready to load the car along with flowers & presents etc.

So many thoughts running through your head…

Is there a charge for returning hire items?

What if they’re late?

Who will pick them up?

Do we need to sweep up & put the room back to a blank canvas at the Venue?

 

Yes, there is likely to be a time frame when everything needs to be packed away & cleaned up, ready to hand back as it started.

You’ll need to ask trustworthy family & friends to get up early & help, either with you or on your behalf.

This is an additional cost to your ’On the Day Coordination’ & Full Planning Management Service.

 

**This job will be for a team of two – Packing down hire tables, stacking chairs, boxing up centrepieces, climbing ladders taking down decorations, loading the car etc, realistically is too much, for one person.
