As the date nears, we will check and double-check all your bookings are confirmed, suppliers are in place and your plans are on course for success on the day.
We’ll be with you, every step of the way from 6 weeks beforehand, attend the pre-wedding ceremony rehearsal, set up the dinner afterwards for the Wedding Party & without a doubt, be by your side ‘On the Day’ to oversee, every detail you have organised, runs smoothly and effortlessly.

♥ 6 weeks before the Wedding Day, we’ll have a comprehensive meeting in person to discuss all the plans & suppliers you have in place / booked. Confirmation of guests attending.
♥ A list of your chosen suppliers with contact details will be required at this point.
♥ We will liaise with your suppliers & confirm final arrangements for ‘On the Day’.
♥ In-depth Wedding schedule to be signed off & checked with suppliers / logistics / timings etc...
♥ One month prior – Venue site visit together to discuss final details with the Management Team. This is the opportunity to talk through specifics... Reception styling / set up, music, menus confirmed, drinks packages, chosen entertainment etc...
♥ Reconfirm Chapel / Church date & times. Registrar / Celebrant communicated with again
♥ 2 weeks prior to the Wedding Day, consultation to run through finalities & confirm Rehearsal date & time all by Teams.
The Pre-Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal is not for stressing!
The purpose is for the Bridal Party to understand and be shown where they need to be, as well as know what their roles involve. It’s for the Bride & Groom to practise too!
With our professional presence, we will oversee & coordinate ‘On the Day’ suppliers from first thing in the morning to ensure your vision is delivered.
Should any last-minute emergencies pop up, our ‘Wedding Day Emergency Kit', is always in our back pocket to save the day, if needed!
We guarantee that Banns & Plans will attend the Pre-Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal, set up the after-Rehearsal Dinner & attend your Wedding Day, from the very beginning until the end.
