Terms & Conditions

* Staged Payments: A deposit of 40% of the agreed budget price shall be paid upon entering the agreement. A second payment of 50% of the price to be paid no less than 90 days before the event. The final payment of 10% of the price to be paid no less than 14 days prior to the event with any additional expenses incurred or due – 3 Payments completed – Links emailed to pay by card or Bank Transfer.

* Needing to re-schedule meetings? No problem! Please give 24 hours’ notice where possible.

* Couples must confirm Military Wedding Insurance has been purchased.

* Additional cost for accommodation / travel / mileage will be added to the final payment if outside a radius of 50 miles & is required.

* Contract to be signed and returned with first payment.
